Please Note: We currently only accept orders from within the UK.

Payment

We accept most major credit/debit cards, cheques and postal orders. For cheque payments please allow a little longer for delivery as we may have to wait for your cheque to clear first.

Gift wrapping

We will be happy to gift wrap your item and include a hand written card for £2.95 per item.

Deliveries

Most orders are shipped within 3 working days on acceptance of order. Should your order be likely to take much longer or is out of stock, we will inform you by phone or email. If your order is urgent please phone us about overnight delivery service available at an additional charge if goods are in stock.

Postage

We have a standard charge of £4.95 per order, no matter how many items you order.

Availability

Our toys are all hand-made or hand finished and, therefore, only a certain number can be produced at one time. We will always endeavor to hold sufficient stock but there may be times when we cannot fulfil your order immediately and may have to wait for our supplier. We will give you our best estimate of delivery times.

Catalogue

We currently do not have a catalogue as our range of products will be extending and changing frequently. We strive to bring you finely crafted playthings that are both environmentally sound and safe and designed to inspire and awaken the imagination. We really enjoy sourcing high quality toys and will be extending our product range to our customers.

Returns

We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our toys and hope you will be very happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're unhappy with an item, just send it back to us with the original packaging in the condition it was received, within 14 days and we'll be happy to refund the purchase price or replace the item.

All sizes are approximate and are intended as a guide only. Colours may vary slightly from those shown. Prices are correct at time of site update but may be subject to change. All prices Include VAT at 17.5%.
